In one room ifi you r using two devices for internet they charge for two devices in one room I paid 5 times internet for two days like two on laptop and 3 on mobile phone

I was very impressed with the staff and I been going to the Ascot hotel for the past 2 years and will continue to.

Good selection of restaurants. Staff generaly friendly.

Tiny rooms! Dark and dingy. Cockroaches in room.

Very good location for the old part of Dubai (Bur Dubai). Excellent value for money (good size room/bathroom) and my room rate also included buffet breakfast and taxes. I have stayed at this hotel many times, even as far back as 30 years ago when it was known under different names/management but the standard has remained very high with friendly and obliging hotel staff.

The fastest and hastle freecheck in and check out. everything was good about the hotel for the money I sprent. Staff were curtious and polite.

Well, almost nothing but room sizes are comparatively small.

I like the hotel coz in middle of the city

I do not like the noise of the club this was stopping so many people from staying in the hotel

I like only the Receptionest lady.she is so kind.

I dont like the guys parking the car because they use my car after they took it from me without my permission.

A very well kept old English style hotel. Pleasant helpful staff. Value for money with good eating outlets. City centre location that allows you to walk out and explore the real Dubai.

Light sleepers may find the traffic noise a problem at night.

Valet parking was good and staff friendly.

The food was very average and the mini bar snacks were absent. There were no wine glasses in the room.

Ascot hotel smelled really bad

I personally did not stay at the Ascot but I would like to comment on it as my two business friends who stayed there did give me a good feedback about the hotel as thisbwas the first time I put business visitors there and I am happy that I made a good decision, you have my business in future also and the next booking I plan to check out the Royal Ascot which I am sure will also be good and value for money. The night club Troyka

There is no water or tea or coffe in the room in compilmentary basis The staff are not happy to serve Other staff are intruders who would like to invade your room to bring anything which affect the privacy of guest The breakfast is very poor especially this machine for juices The smell of the room is funny as it has never opened for ages

Old fashioned English 19th Century/Victorian Decor in lobby areas. Plenty of brass, dark wood and horse prints. Staff seem efficient. Always they issue slippers and tooth brush but you must ask for them. Rooms are strange shapes as the building is old. Lots of nooks and crannies. Good Irish Sports bar.

If the price is high - I don't go. When the price is good it is ok for a weekend break.

Close-ish to the airport. Clean hotel. Inexpensive. Good value. Good breakfast.

No frills. Room was pretty basic. Expected a bit more for a 4 star. Would have rated as three stars.
